- Load, secure, and unload materials; maneuver vehicle for safe loading/unloading and assist customers.
- Verify order details, maintain delivery logs, and reconcile items against invoices.
- Act as a customer service liaison, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine safety checks, and complete pre/post‑trip inspections.
- Use handheld devices for DVIR and HOS compliance; handle credit/product return pickups and paperwork.
- Operate forklift or non‑motorized material handling equipment as required.
- Follow all safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and suggest improvements.
