- Represent the business with authority and credibility to clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Degree in engineering or related discipline (Bachelor’s or higher).
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking with demonstrable experience of pre-contract activity and business development success.
- Significant leadership experience in civil engineering or infrastructure.
- Chartered status (CEng, MICE, or FICE) desirable.
