The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least one year of maintenance or related experience, with general knowledge of skilled trades such as construction, drywall, basic carpentry, and make‑ready processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license are required, along with the physical ability to walk, climb, lift up to 50 lb, and operate various maintenance tools and computer systems.
