Planning and reviewing the tasks to be carried out according to pre-established production plan and manufacturing standards.
Responsible for producing, assembling, and preparing insulation materials for various transformer components, including interpreting technical drawings to determine insulation parameters
Training and mentoring of new hires into the department.
Conducts measurements and evaluations during insulation stages to ensure correct tolerances, and performs final inspections and quality checks in line with technical standards
Responsible to fulfill and/or to support fulfilment of all protocols, policies, guidelines, and competences coming from all current system [EHS, QA, CyberSec, etc.].
Assists in developing and maintaining technical documentation and instructions related to the insulation assembly process

Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Applicant must be able to obtain Keys certification test on reading and writing and Blueprint reading test offered by local community college.
High school degree or equivalent with relevant technical training/experience.
Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain Forklift License and a Critical Lift level crane license and certification for working in heights.
Must be willing to relocate temporarily to Mexico, Brazil or Germany for on-the-job training for a period of 3 months based on the proficiency in the area of training. Appropriate relocation support and compensation will be provided.
At least 1 year of experience in the insulation of medium to large transformer parts or of similar electrical equipment is required.
Ability to use math, read and interpret complex drawings, and perform complex measurements.
Must also be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions in English.
