Analyze and resolve problems.
Develop bidder lists for client to review.
Responsible for schedule and timely completion of specific tasks within assigned projects.
Arranging and conducting site meetings
Responsible for staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
Serve as engineering liaison on issues that arise on construction sites.
Installation of process, packaging and utility equipment with associated piping. Performance of Civil, Structural, Architectural work.
Verify that construction conforms to specifications in contract documents and applicable standards.
Responsible for change order final approvals.
Serve as main point of contact for the client
Mentor team members and may oversee work completed by project team.
Perform final billing review.
