Key responsibilities include leasing and sales activities, resident experience and service, as well as operational and administrative duties. The consultant will manage showings, applications, move‑ins, maintenance coordination, unit inspections, and support property management with various administrative tasks.
Successful candidates are customer‑focused, driven to meet leasing objectives, highly organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to handle high‑stress situations, resolve conflicts constructively, and maintain accurate records while juggling multiple priorities.
Applicants should have at least one year of customer service or sales experience, with multifamily leasing preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education, certifications, and intermediate proficiency in MS Office are advantageous, as is familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or Entrata.
The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical tasks like regular walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance). Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, based on experience, with additional opportunities for commissions and bonuses.
