- Informer les clients des avantages qu’il y a à conserver sur place des trousses bien conçues pour leur parc.
- Facilitate all scope of work definition and quoting such as parts list, box layout support, inspection requirements, etc. which could include visits to client sites and locations performing machinery/inventory reviews.
- Provide clients with basic product and technical support and inform clients about parts life cycle time, material characteristics, and manufacturing processes.
- Advise clients of the benefits of keeping properly designed Kit Boxes onsite for their fleet.

- Attend trade shows and technical conferences to raise customer awareness of the Kit Box program and offerings.
- Proactively sell kit boxes based on specific needs (outage support, inventory management, reliability improvement).
