Conduct regular site visits to validate real‑time progress and schedule accuracy.
Review and analyze schedules, including critical paths, float and change documentation.
Assess mitigation schedules, providing independent analysis and recommendations.
Monitor progress against baseline programmes, identifying delays and reporting performance.
Evaluate supporting data (e.g., procurement, quality) to inform schedule health.
Prepare monthly planning reports highlighting risks, trends and impacts on progress.
Track project performance, identify trends and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage and assess project interfaces that may impact delivery.
Collaborate with PMCs and design consultants to ensure accurate productivity outputs.
Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Level 3 to Level 2).
Ensure alignment with PMO standards by reviewing dashboards and planning procedures.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information flow.
Lead the application of planning and scheduling methodologies, tools and techniques across projects.
