Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel.

Effective written and oral communication skills.
Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, ADA accommodation processes, FMLA leave, wellness programs, retirement plan management, onboarding, and termination processes.
A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field, or a minimum of 7 years of equivalent work experience.

Ability to work independently as needed and in collaboration with the team.
