Technical Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering and other technical leads to shape the technical roadmap, ensure cohesion, and bridge the modern cloud stack with the core desktop application.
Technical Guidance and Architecture: Provide hands-on technical guidance, architectural review, and code contributions to the distributed team, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and high-quality standards.

Agile Team Management (Scrum Master): Manage and drive the team's project delivery by overseeing day-to-day scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams and contributing to architectural discussions for scalable systems.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas, architectural rationale, and project updates clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Microsoft Azure Proficiency: Strong practical experience developing and deploying services using key Microsoft Azure components (e.g., App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Bicep for infrastructure).
Deep C# and .NET Expertise: Extensive, in-depth knowledge of C#, modern .NET frameworks (such as .NET Core, .NET 5+), and mastery of object-oriented design principles.
DevOps and CI/CD Fluency: A solid, working understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, and the implementation of robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with Delphi or a willingness to understand legacy Delphi-based systems to support our transition from desktop to cloud.
Exposure to modern front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, or related JavaScript frameworks.
Proven Technical Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity, specifically focused on mentoring, technical guidance, and driving project delivery.
