The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field, plus typically ten or more years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess basic engineering knowledge, be familiar with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office, and understand engineering, procurement, and construction terminology.
