Description

• Perform incoming inspection of customer hardware, verifying counts, part numbers, and condition, and record on appropriate forms.
• Prepare customer hardware for cleanliness testing using operations such as degreasing, ultrasonic cleaning, and manual cleaning.
• Prepare cleaning and testing supplies, including weighing filters and preparing/ filtering cleaning, testing, and preservation fluids.
• Under supervision, set up and perform cleaning operations and basic test methods.
• Perform general tasks such as packaging parts and labeling bags.
• Ensure work area, customer hardware, tools, equipment, and supplies are organized and clean.

Requirements

The associate will receive classroom training per procedure 4.18.1.4 and hands‑on training under supervision of Cleaning Operators or Technicians. No prior education or experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and possess basic mathematics skills.

Element has an opportunity for a Cleanroom Lab Technician to perform basic tasks on a traveler such as visual inspection at incoming, count verification, equipment setup, part drying and packaging with low to moderate supervision. More complex tasks such as equipment operation and cleanliness verification are performed with assistance and guidance of a qualified Cleaning Operator or Technician. Salary: $20‑$24/hr DOE.
