In this role you will collect and enter project planning details into Oracle ERP, monitor cash flow, manage invoicing, and support monthly finance deadlines. You will update workplans, ensure accurate resource allocations, and adjust financial forecasts as projects progress. You will also manage purchase orders, track financial performance, attend project reviews, and escalates risks or material financial changes. Maintaining compliance, storing key documents in the Collaboration Hub, and supporting risk mitigation documentation are also required.
Candidates need 2–5 years of experience in project accounting or coordination, with relevant project management and finance background. PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous. Experience working in a global offshoring model and the ability to liaise with peers and stakeholders across countries is required. You should develop high‑level competency in Oracle ERP financial and project management.
