Tasks
-Utilize CRM systems to track progress, report KPIs, and manage communication cadences. -Conduct daily outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and direct messaging to identify and qualify commercial roofing opportunities. -Build partnerships with national property management groups, franchise operators, and facility maintenance firms. -Develop strategic partnerships that lead to multi-property or recurring service contracts. -Research and contact property owners, facility managers, REITs, and corporate decision makers. -Manage the outreach pipeline and coordinate virtual meetings for our executive and estimating team.

What You Bring
-Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and revenue targets. -Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach automation. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. -5–10 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferably in roofing, contracting, or commercial services).
