Conduct inspection of instrument panels, control systems (DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G), and associated field devices.
Support internal and external audits and participate in root cause analysis of quality issues.
Conduct inspection and verification of instrumentation works such as installation, calibration, loop checking, and testing in accordance with project specifications and ITPs.
Review vendor documents, test procedures, and inspection records for compliance.
Raise inspection requests (RFI), perform inspections jointly with ADNOC representatives, and clear punch points.
Verify calibration certificates and witness calibration and testing activities for field instruments.
Ensure proper installation and termination of cables, junction boxes, impulse lines, and tubing systems.
Ensure all works are performed in compliance with ADNOC codes, standards, and HSE requirements.
Monitor loop checking and pre-commissioning activities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
Review and confirm compliance of field instrumentation, control valves, transmitters, analyzers, and control system installations with approved drawings and standards.
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and maintain records of all QA/QC activities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation codes and standards (ISA, IEC, ISO, API).
Capable of preparing and maintaining detailed inspection documentation.
Proficient in reviewing P&IDs, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, and instrument data sheets.
5 – 12 years of relevant experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects, with ADNOC project experience preferred.
Familiar with ADNOC specifications, EPC QA/QC processes, and instrument inspection procedures.
Certification in QA/QC or Instrumentation Inspection (e.g., API, CSWIP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Control Engineering.
