Investigate, analyze, and interview potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience
Perform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material and

Develop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract management
Maintain historical equipment procurement information so as to provide to the estimating department

Strong Excel and data entry skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience
Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.
Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers
Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry
Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
