Partners with project management and operations teams to drive financial performance by identifying, quantifying, and communicating financial risks and opportunities
Prepares client invoicing, manages accounts receivable/revenue recognition, and reviews project cash flow projection on a monthly basis
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Reviews and understands prime contract and change orders, including insurance, taxes, payment terms, and labor laws
Follows and implements internal controls, and supports internal and external audits ensuring adherence to GAAP, company policy, and contract accounting requirements
Manage month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
Lead financial planning & analysis for large scale construction projects, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Oversees and evaluates all transactional processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

High level of professionalism and standards

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with ERP systems preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, and/or related field.
