As the senior level Property Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the action—supporting experienced Senior Property Managers and working directly with a collaborative executive leadership team. In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day administration and operations that keep the portfolio running smoothly. You’ll manage tenant communications, lease administration, and vendor coordination while ensuring documentation, reporting, and invoicing are completed accurately in Yardi. You’ll also be involved in tracking budgets, processing purchase orders, and supporting accounts payable/receivable. Beyond the admin, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to a variety of property management functions, with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as the portfolio expands.
