As a Community Ambassador you will be the face of JLL, creating a welcoming yet professional image for all stakeholders. You will act as the first point of contact, demonstrating high levels of customer service and integrity when handling enquiries, issues and complaints. Your goal is to make visitors instantly recognise JLL as a company they want to do business with.
Working closely with the facilities management team, you will help ensure that clients, vendors and employees enjoy a safe and positive experience. You will be trained on escalation and incident‑reporting procedures and will adhere to the firm’s safety guidelines and strategies. Maintaining a well‑oiled workplace is a shared responsibility.
Daily duties include booking meeting rooms, managing office‑supply inventory, handling paperwork related to maintenance activities, and keeping the phone directory and company brochures up to date. You will also assist the facilities team in overseeing on‑site contractors and sourcing vendors and services. These tasks support the smooth operation of the office environment.
We are looking for candidates with at least 12 months of corporate reception experience, preferably with exposure to facilities, property management or hospitality. A confident, energetic and customer‑oriented attitude, along with superb written and spoken English, is essential. You should present yourself in a well‑presented, approachable manner.
The role requires you to stay calm and professional while managing multiple operational matters under stressful situations. You must be able to balance conflicting priorities, apply holistic approaches for long‑term solutions, and comply with company procedures and standards. A proactive and positive attitude is key.
