Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.
Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations.
Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution.
Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components.

We are looking for talented Senior Architects with 12-16 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates will bring strong design skills, technical expertise, and proven project management skills to drive projects from concept to completion.

Min 12 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution.
