What you’ll do includes leasing, exceeding resident experience expectations, greeting, touring, showing and closing qualified future residents. You will process income, rental and employment information to verify qualification standards, perform outreach and online marketing, engage in resident events, manage fair‑housing and compliance services, and maintain the property, office and model apartments as needed.
Who you are: at least one year of leasing experience in a multifamily setting or two years in customer service, detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to listen, understand goals and think creatively. Knowledge of ResMan is a plus, and a valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance and reliable transportation are required.
Physical demands include climbing up to four flights of stairs, walking several acres to tour the community, lifting up to 25 lb, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods.

Hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday‑Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday, with occasional weekend work and schedule changes based on property needs.
