  • Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
  • Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
  • Service, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers in the NYC and CT area!
  • Mentor apprentices on the proper procedures for the job.
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.

  • Proper documentation from start to finish of repair with use of an electronic tablet utilizing Build Ops software.
  • Ability to travel to 39 Broadway NYC to get supplies
  • Valid EPA 608
  • Ability to pass Background / Drug Screen.
  • Ability to lift / carry 50LBS +
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team!
  • Ability to work on interior package units up to 30T
  • Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.
  • CT S1&2, OR SM 1&2, OR D1 or D2 licenses (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Ability to braze / solder and read and interpret electrical diagrams / blueprints.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • EPA 608 Certification (Required)
  • Ability to climb on a ladder.
  • OSHA 10.
  • HVAC: 3 years (Required)
