Oversee all phases of project delivery including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, government, energy, and institutional projects.
Provide consistent, professional services in accordance with quality, risk management, profitability, client service, safety, and timely delivery.

Active ICC, WAQTC, ACI, PCI, and AISC certifications desired.
Marketing, proposal writing and fee development experience.
Knowledge of special inspection requirements, field-testing procedures and laboratory testing procedures required.

Excellent communication skills, ability to lead project teams and mentor and develop staff.
Bachelor’s degree in the following engineering disciplines: Civil, Geological, Construction, Architectural, or Materials Engineering desired.
Minimum 10+ years of construction services experience with an emphasis on CMT services, 5+ years of project management experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required. 2+ years supervisory/management experience required.
Previous experience in materials testing and soils lab supervision or management.
Knowledge of the Utah market.
