Monitor network performance and capacity to resolve performance issues proactively. Utilizing tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, etc.
Engineer and maintain Layer 2 and Layer 3 architectures, including VLANs, spanning tree, link aggregation, QoS, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
Ensure network redundancy and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities to support business continuity and high availability.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex network incidents.

Deep technical expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies, VLANs, routing, and QoS.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with system engineers, application teams, and field personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional certification(s).
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and the OSI model.
