Oversee the lifecycle management of critical systems and equipment, ensuring that assets are maintained, upgraded, or replaced when necessary to avoid system degradation
Ensure that systems, equipment, and infrastructure are available for operation when required by monitoring uptime, scheduling maintenance, and identifying potential issues before they impact performance
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability, availability, and maintainability, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead the development and implementation of reliability engineering processes and targets to improve the performance and durability of systems, equipment, and assets.

Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead collaborative behaviors across multiple business units
Experience with RAM modelling, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) in major transportation projects
15+ years of experience in a reliability, availability, and maintainability management role, preferably in high-capacity rail projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent project management and organizational skills
