Implement and monitor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Prepare & Review Quality Reports, Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and Method Statements.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high finishing standards for luxury properties.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.).

Assist in conducting pre-handover inspections & snagging to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Maintain QA/QC records, test results, inspection reports, and material approval documents.

Provide training and awareness programs for site personnel on quality procedures and best practices

Assist in the preparation of project-specific quality manuals and checklists.

Perform site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure construction quality meets project requirements.

Supervise and coordinate third-party testing laboratories for material and workmanship quality verification.

Conduct concrete, steel reinforcement, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP system inspections.

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures for high-end villa and apartment construction projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international quality standards while maintaining high-quality finishing standards.

Minimum 6+ years of QA/QC experience in luxury villa & apartment projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QA/QC software.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Experience in high-end finishes, MEP coordination.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering

We are looking for a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for luxury villa and apartment construction projects.

Familiarity with international construction standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
