The Role

Overview

Drive loan/lease growth and support dealers in Western Canada for construction & forestry finance.

Tasks

-Communicate with key JDF stakeholders regarding market conditions, competition, and customer issues to support profitable growth of the business. -Be the subject-matter-expert for retail financing of equipment, parts, service, and technology including the delivery of training to dealer personnel. -Grow the loan and lease volume and share in Western Canada with our Construction and Forestry Dealer. -Serve as a liaison between the dealer and JDF in resolving issues and developing solutions to business opportunities.

What You Bring

-Marketing/sales experience with financial services. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Construction & Forestry (C&F) industry experience - markets, products, competitors, customers, and/or Market segments - Quarry, Aggregate, Road Building, Site Prep, etc. -Previous Sales, Marketing, Credit related business experience.(3 or more years) -Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or Marketing/Sales discipline. -Previous field sales and/or product support experience with regular dealer and customer contact -Self-starter with the ability to work independently. -Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 25% of the time -Demonstrated interpersonal selling, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including the ability to have difficult conversations. (3 or more years) -Demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans and work without supervision. (3 or more years) -Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence without authority. (3 or more years) -Understanding of Construction and Forestry finance products and programs
