Manage client relationships for potential and existing projects and interface directly with sub-consultants, and vendors
Provide input to weekly and monthly reports
Lead the preparation of regulatory documentation such as NI 43-101, SK-1300 or other regulatory documentation
Assist with analysis of project financial models, and assist in financial benchmarking and reporting of major performance indicators
Manage interfaces between engineering / procurement / logistics / contracts and the construction team to resolve issues impeding contractor progress
Monitor project cost, progress and schedule reports and coordinate action plans to correct deviations from plan
Participate in the development and administration of project implementation documentation, execution strategy, and/or procurement and contract packaging strategy
Act as Project Engineer for a variety of assignments across Ausenco’s client base
Coordinate multi-discipline engineering efforts for timely preparation, evaluation, and recommendation of project deliverables
Participate and advance continuous improvement of Ausenco design standards, project management procedures, and other added value initiatives

4-year Engineering degree or related technical degree or diploma
3-7 years of experience in the development, delivery and/or operation of mining, mineral processing projects, or other major industrial capital projects
Estimating, Project Controls, Contracts Management, Quality Management and/or Project Management experience is an asset
Experience with an engineering consulting practice or field engineering experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential
Ability to work closely with Senior Project Managers and Discipline leads to execute work
Demonstrated ability to think "out of the box" to provide our clients with innovative & value-added solutions
Willingness to travel when required, including periodic travel to Vancouver if residing elsewhere.
