Supply Chain / Commercial: Foster collaborative relationships with nominated suppliers to support holistic models. Identify gaps in supply chain and opportunities for improvement and highlight these to the business.
Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to influence and secure strategic wins.
Own and continuously improve the bid process playbook, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control.
Ensure all bids are compliant, compelling, and aligned with Compass Group’s commercial and operational objectives.
Share insights with the wider Growth team to support strategic planning and innovation.
Operations: Maintain a strong working relationship with operational teams and subject matter experts drawing on their experience to contribute towards winning and compelling bids.
Integrates with SME functions to support operational development of delivery models.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams through APMP-based bid lifecycle (capture, proposal, negotiation).
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform bid strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to develop tailored, competitive proposals.
Own bid strategy and solution architecture for Hard FM services, ensuring technical and commercial robustness.

Strong commercial acumen and contract experience.
Proficient in a range of IT based systems (Office, InDesign, Adobe etc.)
Full UK driving license.
Proven track record of leading and winning major Hard FM / TFM bids.
Utilise market knowledge to support client proposition development and improvement.
Knowledge ISO 55001 frameworks.
Creative Lab: Content development and improved case studies and evidence
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to balance changing needs and flex to meet client prescribed deadlines.
Ability to support content creation, updating literature and library development.
IWFM Level 6/7 qualification.
Willingness to travel and commute when required.
Financial literacy and ability to challenge cost models and risk assumptions.
