Support the Maintenance Planner to maintain all PM records for compliance with state and federal permits and regulations
Perform general facility equipment maintenance on a daily basis, according the Maintenance schedule, for mechanical/electrical equipment
Stay overtime to support emergency repairs or complete a scheduled assigned task
Perform general facility equipment basic troubleshooting and repairs on a daily basis, as needed, for mechanical equipment
Perform any emergency repair activity assigned by the Maintenance Planner or the Maintenance Supervisor.
Provides off-shift plant support as part of the on-call maintenance rotation schedule within six months of starting the position.
Develop and execute minor mechanical or electrical projects
Create work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System
Perform equipment calibrations
Use historical knowledge and data as the basis for sound decision making
Requirements

Electrical troubleshooting and installation are not required but preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
1 – 3 Years’ experience as an industrial mechanic.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
