- Build an enviable reputation and the trust of employees, clients and other stakeholders
- Develop and execute requirements management Plans and processes in accordance with Customer and industry standards;
- Deploy a detailed requirements management processes – including the capture of a diverse set of derived requirements – through the effective application of a relational database (DOOR NG);
- Provide metrics support to the Project as requested to plan, assess and control requirements management activities;
- Deliver technical excellence and create efficient, innovative solutions
- Train, communicate and mentor relevant stakeholders to ensure the necessary assurance evidence is progressively compiled to an expected quality standard;

- Tertiary qualifications in a related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Capable of interacting effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, subcontractors and regulatory authorities
- Ability to provide a safe, supportive and positive workplace
- Previous experience leading systems engineering practices on multi-disciplinary Projects
- 7+ years relevant experience
