Description

• Creating Asset registers.
• Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex
• Compiling Statutory Compliance
• Managing Project Issues
• Capturing M&E Assets
• Prepare and Interpret Engineering Reports, drawings, layouts, etc.
• Advising Customers on external specialist engineering Tenders
• Attend and conduct building survey reports.
• Conducting on-site Surveys

Requirements

In-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as Commercial blue chip clients, financial and banking organisations, real estate managing agents, government organisation and private sector prestigious customers.

• Excellent communicator at all levels
• TM44 Reports
• Technically minded / Electrically / Mechanically / Air Conditioning
• Articulate both verbally and grammatically.
• HVAC Experienced and knowledgeable.
