Sales Lead Management & CRM Coordinator

Description

• Support sales team with lead-related insights and timely coordination
• Manage all daily incoming leads (Meta, Google, Website, Channel Partners, Walk-ins)
• Prepare daily & weekly MIS reports for management
• Assign leads to the sales team based on project & availability
• Coordinate with marketing on lead quality & campaign feedback
• Track and update follow-ups, customer status & sales pipeline
• Ensure lead hygiene—remove duplicates, update status, tag correctly
• Maintain accurate data on CRM software (Sell.Do / RealtyX / LeadSquared / similar)

Requirements

Reliant Housing Group is looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to manage our sales leads, CRM workflow, and team coordination across our residential projects.

• Good communication & coordination skills
• 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Lead Management / CRM
• Fast, disciplined, and data-driven
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools & Excel
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads and multitask effectively
• 🧾 Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate CRM preferred)
