Design & Technical Support: Review civil design drawings and specifications; provide technical support during construction to resolve field issues. Prepare ad-hoc designs and drawings as required to support construction progress.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports as required.
Site Supervision: Oversee civil construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, and drainage systems.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project & construction managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues, and ensure smooth progress.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all civil works are completed to the specified standards, codes, and project requirements. Conduct inspections and quality checks regularly, reporting any NCR’s to appropriate QA personnel.
Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure civil works adhere to environmental regulations and permits associated with the project.
Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Report and address safety concerns promptly.

Proven experience in civil construction, preferably in large-scale industrial or energy projects.
Flexibility to support other disciplines ie Structural and Buildings.
Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools is desirable.
Valid UK driving license.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience with earthworks, foundations, and site infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of UK construction standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
