

Turnkey Energy-as-a-Service Provider
The Project Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through closure, ensuring safe delivery within budget, schedule, and quality parameters while exceeding customer expectations. They oversee all phases, manage resources, and coordinate stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials, methods, and financial management are required, along with effective presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities. Leadership qualities, a focus on safety, financial performance, and client expectations, and the ability to motivate and resolve challenges are essential. A construction management or related technical degree is preferred.
The role may require up to 80 % travel to job sites or office locations, involving climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding, and performing light physical work such as moving objects up to 20 lb. Workers will operate in noisy, outdoor environments with exposure to precipitation and wind, and may spend prolonged periods standing, sitting, or repeating hand motions.
