As an Electrical Lead, you will be responsible for the overall electrical execution of data‑center initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and effective project coordination to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Lead electrical design and installation for Data Center projects
Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress
Prepare technical documentation, RFIs, change orders, and handover reports
Develop and manage electrical project schedules, cost analyses, and budgets
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Manage commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8–10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated success delivering MEP projects in Data Center environments
Proficient in MEP coordination tools and BIM software

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities
Preferred: Professional Engineering license and PMP certification
Preferred: Experience with sustainable building certifications (LEED, WELL) and construction management software
May require travel to multiple project locations and occasional work outside normal business hours
