The engineer will ensure safe, reliable furnace and batch‑house operations, monitor and adjust key process variables, and collaborate with quality control and raw‑material teams. They will also assist with furnace start‑ups, shutdowns, repairs, and guide maintenance personnel while maintaining strict housekeeping standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of manufacturing experience, prior furnace‑operations knowledge, and strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts, lift up to 50 lb, and perform physical tasks in high‑temperature environments.
