  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Mainly to develop business by leveraging network and expanding relationships with new clients, though it could also include maintaining and expanding the already existing ones, serving as their primary point of contact. Potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors of any kind.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends. - Design and develop sales strategies and create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • This role will sell all of ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services and might involve selling some of our own tech products as well. This will be a relationship-based sales process, so lots will happen with clients within the Account Executive’s location/region.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Aspiring candidates must have experience and background in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries and must reside in the US (any profile that doesn't meet these two requirements won't be considered), or at most in the construction industry itself (all other candidates will not be considered). Said experience has to be of at least 5-10 years.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role.

*Around 40% of travelling time involved (1-3 times a month, several days at a time).

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
