- Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
- Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals Professional & Technical Skills:
- While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging ’s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from SAP, and other providers.

- Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
- Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CRM Sales, Generative AI. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other business applications. - Familiarity with user interface design principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales."
