Validate BOQs and recommend cost-effective design modifications.

Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, issue resolution, and professional conduct.

Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and service drawings.

Resolve on-site technical challenges and provide guidance to engineers and supervisors.

Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and administrative teams to ensure accountability and performance.

Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Contribute to strategic planning, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Ensure timely communication and transparency with clients on progress, challenges, and deliverables.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth and transparent communication.

Prepare manpower, material, and equipment deployment plans as per project needs.

Ensure design intent is maintained during execution with practical solutions.

Participate in client meetings and assist in proposals and estimations.

Ensure smooth transition of project information from sales/design to execution teams.

Represent the company professionally in external meetings, audits, and inspections.

Review and approve work orders, vendor bills, and project cost reports.

Support management in tendering, estimation, and budgeting exercises.

Optimize utilization of site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for maximum efficiency.

Ensure all statutory and safety compliance requirements are met at all project locations.

Drive implementation of value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives.

Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical inputs.

Review structural, architectural, and service drawings before execution.

Oversee end-to-end execution of all construction projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, timelines, and budgets

Monitor and control project budgets to avoid cost overruns.

Prepare project execution plans, monitor schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

Conduct regular review meetings with site teams and department heads for progress assessment.

Review and approve contractor/vendor bills, variation statements, and material reconciliations.

Approve procurement schedules and ensure material delivery aligns with the project plan.

Assist top management in policy formulation, process improvements, and long-term business planning.

Ensure consistent implementation of company vision, values, and project management systems.
