Develop complete construction document sets (plans, RCPs, millwork, schedules, etc.) in Revit.
Support DOB submission efforts and assist the AOR with permit and filing documentation.
Coordinate with consultants to align technical scope and ensure compliance with NYC codes and ADA standards.
Conduct site surveys and field verifications to support accurate documentation.
Ensure documentation reflects the client’s brand and project goals.
Translate interior design concepts into architectural drawings for DOB filings and construction.
Contribute to renderings and visual materials for presentations as needed.

A premier NYC architecture and design firm is seeking a technically skilled Designer to join their team. Focused on commercial, workplace, retail, and hospitality environments, this role requires a strong command of design documentation, consultant coordination, and code compliance—paired with a sharp eye for detail and design intent.

B.Arch or M.Arch degree.
Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code and DOB filing processes.
Advanced Revit skills required; proficiency in BIM, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
Clear communicator with a team-first, detail-oriented mindset.
1–4+ years of experience in workplace, retail, or commercial interior architecture.
Exceptional drawing, detailing, and coordination skills.
