

UK‑based specialist tunnelling and civil engineering subcontractor for major infrastructure projects.
The role serves as the catalyst for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Training (SHEQT), acting as the glue that holds policies, procedures and practices together. You will ensure compliance, deliver toolbox talks and pre‑start briefings, and provide expert Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality advice. This hands‑on position requires a proactive leader who can balance business and client needs while maintaining strict SHEQT compliance.
The position is based in Hinkley and offers a competitive salary dependent on experience. Work is performed on a rotational shift schedule with 10‑hour days and nights.
