  • Delivering various and significant NSW, Australian and international water and wastewater treatment projects, by understanding clients’ needs
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including business development, and engagement throughout project delivery
  • Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and preparation of technical reports, designs & specifications, client proposals and presentations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering, concept design and detailed design
  • Experience with using process design software, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable
  • Design or planning skills in water or wastewater treatment, including process design, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
  • The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
  • Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
  • Using your technical, project management and client relationship skills for the delivery and technical guidance of proposals, investigations and technical design projects
