- Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and preparation of technical reports, designs & specifications, client proposals and presentations

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering, concept design and detailed design
- Experience with using process design software, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable
- Design or planning skills in water or wastewater treatment, including process design, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure
- Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
- The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
- Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
- Using your technical, project management and client relationship skills for the delivery and technical guidance of proposals, investigations and technical design projects
