Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.
Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain floors, vacuum carpets and rugs, wash and wax hard surfaces, and clean tile grout.
Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition.
Ensure all trash receptacles are emptied and waste is transported to the designated disposal area.
Support seasonal upkeep tasks, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude.
Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team.
Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch-ups, and basic repairs.
Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team.
