Coordinator – Mobile Cranes & Heavy Machinery

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the movement and operation of mobile cranes and heavy construction machinery. Ensures efficient deployment, safe operations, and compliance with project timelines and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards. Works closely with site teams, contractors, and logistics providers to support smooth lifting and construction activities.

• Familiarity with heavy equipment maintenance scheduling and logistics planning (mobilization/demobilization).
• Strong knowledge of crane load charts, rigging procedures, lifting plans, and safety standards.
• Strong understanding of crane operations, load charts, rigging procedures, and safety regulations.
• Immediate joiners preferred, or candidates with a maximum one-month notice period.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking or scheduling tools.
• Proven experience coordinating mobile cranes and heavy machinery operations within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with operators, contractors, and project managers.
• Knowledge of local regulations and permits related to crane and heavy machinery operation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise between suppliers, operators, and project managers.
• Understanding of local regulations, permits, and HSE requirements for crane operations.
• Ability to manage equipment maintenance schedules and mobilization/demobilization plans.
• Proven experience in coordinating heavy equipment operations, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
