We are seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to work on various assembly lines, a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives and supporting Trystar’s goal to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider.

The assembler proficiently builds high‑quality portable power distribution boxes safely within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

Understand job orders and use Epicor system.
High school diploma required.
Minimum two years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and inspect parts visually.
Lift and carry up to 50 lb intermittently; frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
Pass pre‑employment physical and drug testing.
Technical secondary education preferred.
Basic computer and data‑entry skills for receiving and issuing products.
Use simple mathematics to interpret process sheets and track material usage.
Understand basic blueprints, mechanical and electrical assembly.
Possess good hand dexterity and grip strength.
Experience reading electrical schematics/diagrams preferred.
Proficient with hand and power tools.
Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
Self‑motivated, takes initiative, and drives issue closure with minimal supervision.
