- Collaborate with non-finance teams to resolve commercial queries and provide accurate financial data.
- Ensure accurate accounting for Equipment, Parts, and Service transactions.
- Support the production of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Adjust DBS transaction registers and investigate discrepancies.
- Input and review accounting journals in Blackline; support month-end close processes.
- Monitor revenue and gross profit margins through detailed sales analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packs and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for review.
- Investigate operational activities and document financial procedures.
- Provide cover for other team members during holidays or absences.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Working knowledge of SAP / finance systems. Experience using Blackline would be an advantage.
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA/CIMA (intermediate level).
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to auditing and data analysis.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a finance department or a recent graduate in a finance-related field.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
