Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle as an ERP system, including demonstrated expertise in the Percentage of Completion (PoC) revenue recognition method.
8+ years of project management experience. Specific project management experience in a design and professional services setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with various project delivery methods and how they impact project management around scope, schedule, risk, communication, delivery, budgeting, etc.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is an asset but not required.
Experience in writing proposals and defining scope/project deliverables, developing bottom up and top-down fees, assessing project risk and managing contract negotiation processes
Budgeting tools/project management software expertise. Familiar with Oracle project planning specifically is a plus. Ability to translate contract scope into discrete tasks and manage under a work breakdown schedule and project workplan.
Degree in architecture considered an asset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
