Respond to customer queries promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating customer records.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Accurately log all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Support the team with reporting, correspondence, and other clerical duties as required.

Previous administrative experience is essential.
Experience using customer databases or CRM systems (desirable).
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally phone-based.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Need to negotiation skills and handling of rejection
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
Confident handling customer queries with patience and professionalism.
