Develop and manage relationships with contractors, design teams, client representatives, and other stakeholders
Assist in developing scope of work, priorities, and KPIs
With line management guidance, take the lead in preparing, reviewing, and recommending Design Team RFPs and appointments
Meeting management
Assist with programme development and performance tracking
Document, minute, and track actions from project meetings
Assist with procurement strategy development and manage the process to ensure best value
Develop and maintain client and third-party relationships to support repeat business
Assist in developing the Project Execution Plan; seek clarification when required
Liaise with third parties as required and escalate concerns where necessary
Liaise with team members and ensure deliverables are being met; escalate concerns as needed
Ensure the project has been reviewed and closed out in line with best practice, statutory requirements (BCAR & Compliance), and client expectations
Maintain weekly timesheets and manage actual time against planned resourcing
Interact professionally with client staff and provide updates in line with project requirements

Demonstrable experience in Client-Side Project Management is essential

7+ years Construction Project Management experience
Compliance and risk awareness
Programming/scheduling skills (MS Project preferred)
